This is the second time Eric has completed work for me, and once again the standard of workmanship has been exceptional. The whole team worked incredibly hard to meet my renovation deadlines, while still maintaining a very high standard of work. They were such a lovely bunch of guys and I really appreciated how tidy they kept the site, leaving everything clean and organised at the end of each day. It's so reassuring to have tradespeople you are comfortable around, and that you can trust. We will definitely use Eric and the Property Solutions team every time! We have just had our house interior repainted by Property Solutions NZ and are very pleased with the result. Eric responded to our enquiry very promptly with an initial site visit to assess the job, during which he answered our questions and explained the process from prep right through to completion. His detailed quote followed soon after. On our acceptance he came for a second visit with painter Semon for a thorough briefing of the job. Semon and plasterer Shane are clearly highly experienced and skilled in their trades. The whole team were always pleasant and accommodating to deal with and based on this and the quality of their work on our house we highly recommend them.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
