Property Solutions NZ Ltd completed the external and internal painting of our property. The property is on a prime location facing Pupuke Lake required first class, five star painting job.The house have a designer cedar cladding.
Property Solutions NZ Ltd done an excellent job painting the cladding, the fascia and soffit. During the project we had problem with some soffit timber installed and had water marks, we had to remove and replace the timber. But Eric from Property Solution impressed us with his problem solving skills, he sourced an oil base paint and used it to remove the marks and produced an excellent finish.
Eric also solved the problem of marked architrave timber during the internal painting. We strongly recommend Property Solutions NZ Ltd. They are good guys, honest and reasonable.
